A) Photocopies of every page of the passports of each and every member of your family.

-Tips: To save cost and time, it is advisable to renew your passport to at least 5 years, or simply to get a new passport book if you are a frequent traveller, since every time your passport expires or a new passport book is issued, we need to renew/extend your MM2H visa again.

B) Income documents to substantiate monthly income, such as salary slips (3 months), pension documents, dividend statement, rental contract, investment statement etc.

-Tips: The main criteria you need to fulfill for this is to show that you have MYR 10,000 (~USD 3000) in monthly income for your whole family.If you are a single applicant, then sometimes the requirement can be lowered to MYR 7,000 (~USD 2000) depending on your age.

C) 3 months Bank Statement

-Tips: The bank statement must be either in your personal name, or joint account with your wife. The main criteria is to have the final balance of the latest month bank statement to be more than MYR 500,000 (~USD 150,000) if you are below 50 years old; and be more than MYR 350,000 (~USD 100,000) if you are above 50 years old. You don't have to use just a single bank account to do so, as you could use a few statements to prove these criteria. The bank statement must contained the following details:
  • Bank Name (prefably with letterhead that has a bank logo)
  • Contact details of the branch, such as address, phone, fax, email.
  • Your name in full
  • Account number
  • Date of statement
  • Final Balance at the date of statement
If the bank statement does not contain the above information in full, then we need a letter of confirmation from the bank that has the above mentioned details.

D) 8 copies of passport size photos for each and every member of your family.

E) A brief resume of 10 years for yourself. Just list the education experience and then the working experience, if any.

F) Letter of Good Conduct from your relevant government agency.

G) Photocopies of your Marriage Certificates.(If married) 

H) Photocopies of the Birth Certificates of all your children. (if accompanied with children)

I) Photocopies of your Birth Certificates (if accompanied with parents over 60 years old)
