Responsibilities

Overseeing the company's overall web planning and development efforts.

Taking on a graphics designer role to develop our website and marketing collaterals

Taking on a webmaster role for Aubella.com, and assist in online marketing through blog, forum, email marketing etc.

Answer phones, log calls, and coordinate customer service process.

Administration and secretarial support for our company.
-
Maintenance of office equipments.(Telephones, Photo Copier, Faxes and Computers)

General filing, Post In and Out, Typing, Email, Health & Safety.
As a prerequisite, you will need:

strong command of both vector and raster graphics design (Photoshop & Illustrator or equivalent)

Working knowledge of php and mysql a must.

Multilingual - Must have very strong spoken/ written English and Chinese language
