We are interested in recruiting enthusiastic, creative individuals that aspire to be at the forefront of an industry.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be attending to the various needs of our clients who participate in “Malaysia My Second Home” program. As we strive to make their transition to Malaysia as smooth as possible, no need is too small or trivial to be addressed carefully.
You will be working at a location where you are familiar with, and you shall share your local knowledge and experience with our clients. Friendly, 'people-persons' will be well-suited to the job.

  • 3 Vacancies (May-August 2007)

Salary Range

  • RM 1500 to 2400

Responsibilities

  • Orientate our clients into the Malaysian Life.
  • Provide guidance to our clients on various local issues.
  • Accompany our clients to various destinations in Malaysia such as airport, Immigration Department, Private Schools etc.
  • After-hours support for designated clients
  • Assist Marketing Executives in executing the long-term strategic plans.
  • Must Possess own vehicle, and willing to travel to other states in Malaysia for extended period.

As a prerequisite, you will need:

  • a professional certificate, and/or prior experience in a similar position.
  • Medium-Advanced IT skills - a plus if you hold skills in web-authoring, vector and raster graphics, and desktop publishing.
  • Multilingual - English a must, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Arabic preferred, other languages a plus.
